Scott Thompson

Director

Scott Thompson was appointed as one of our directors in January 2008. Mr. Thompson is President of PayPal, an eBay Company. From February 2005 to January 2008, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Payments, Risk and Technology at PayPal. From April 2000 to February 2005, he served as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer for Inovant/VISA International. From August 1997 to April 2000, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, Systems Group at VISA USA. Mr. Thompson holds a B.S. in Accounting from Stonehill College.
